Since we have already funded, Conor has started work on some of the art. So, we wanted to take a second to share with you the latest Fantasy card that we have just completed. The Minstrel!
No Antagonist stands a chance against the harp-wailing, headbanging, arena-playing Minstrel! Except maybe the glitter-bomb-blasted stone quarry himself, the Glam Rock Golem...

We're moving quite along aren't we?
Thanks to your help, we've unlocked our first stretch goal and added four more authors to the game! As with any of our stretch goals, it will be included in every copy of Awful Fantasy: The Card Game, physical and digital alike.
Who are the new additions, you ask? Well, check them out:
Meet Robert "Air" Jordan, Stephanie Fire, Neil Dayman, and L. Ron Cupboard. Yup, four completely original, not familiar sounding at all authors for you to choose from.
We're not done yet. We want to get you the biggest bang for your buck, so we're unveiling the next two stretch goals! The next stretch goal is at $30,000, and will be four more authors! Yes, four more completely original authors you've never heard of.
We have a very special stretch goal planned for reaching $40,000 in funding. Full-color illustrations on all Awful Cards!
The Awful Cards are fine now, but we really want to see what Conor can do with them. If we get to $40,000, you'll get to see it as well in your copy of Awful Fantasy: The Card Game.

You've done it! You've unlocked our second stretch goal! And that means that we will include 4 more completely original authors in every game of Awful Fantasy: The Card Game!
Here's what you have unlocked!
Which author will you choose? The angry, pony-tailed bully Terry Badmean? The tag-team, heavyweight champions of the literary world, The Ursula K Le Twins? Perhaps you'd rather try your hand with the murdered corpse of Agatha Mystrie? Or will you wipe the floor with your enemies as the book-carrying Kerry Books!
The next stretch goal is at 40k, and it's a big one. We want to give Conor carpal tunnel syndrome so we think the best way to go about that is to give him all kinds of more art to do! At 40k, Conor will do illustrations for all Awful cards!
With how things are going, we believe we can reach this goal. But it never hurts to share our project with everyone you know! Unless you know someone who said they'll stab you if you tell them about Awful Fantasy: The Card Game again, in which case, it would hurt to share our project with that person.
